Is the $5 trial really just $5?
Yes! The 3-day trial is exactly $5 with no hidden fees. It’s designed to let beginners try my coaching style and see if it’s the right fit before committing to a full program.
Not necessarily. I offer both gym-based and home-based workout plans. We’ll design your program based on the equipment you have available and your preferences.
The $99 monthly coaching includes a custom workout plan, personalized diet plan, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, and WhatsApp text support throughout the month.
Weekly check-ins are done through WhatsApp. You’ll send progress updates (photos, weight, measurements) and I’ll provide feedback, adjust your plan if needed, and keep you motivated.
Absolutely! You can upgrade to a longer-term plan anytime. Many clients start with monthly coaching and upgrade to the 3 or 6-month transformation plans as they see results.
All diet plans are fully customized. Whether you’re vegetarian, non-vegetarian, vegan, or have specific allergies or restrictions, I’ll create a plan that works for you and your lifestyle.
Most clients see noticeable changes within 3-4 weeks when following the plan consistently. However, sustainable transformation takes time—that’s why I focus on realistic, long-term results.
Video calls are included in the 3-month and 6-month transformation plans as weekly voice call discussions. For other plans, you have full WhatsApp text support, and single training sessions include 1-on-1 coaching.
